Working with Client-Supplied Items

Working With Your Items

We love bringing your personal items to life! To make sure we get the best results, please review and sign our guidelines for customer-supplied goods.

Before We Get Started

Please inspect your items for any holes, stains, or defects before dropping them off. We cannot be held responsible for any pre-existing damage.

Material Check: Not every fabric plays well with DTF, Screen print or Embroidery. We’ll let you know if an item is risky. If you choose to proceed against our advice, we cannot guarantee the outcome or cover the cost of the item if it’s damaged.

Bags: If your items are individually bagged, please remove them before dropping off your items. A 10¢ labor charge will be added per bag to remove and dispose.

The Production Process

We treat your items with care, but things happen and machines can malfunction. Because we did not source the garment, we cannot offer refunds, repairs, or replacements for your supplied items if:

  • Damage occurs during the DTF, Screen printing or Embroidery process (we recommend providing a few "extras" just in case).
  • The item had pre-existing flaws.
  • You chose to move forward after we advised against using a specific material or design.

After Pickup

Once your custom gear leaves our shop, it's in your hands! We are not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Opening packages with sharp blades (be careful!).
  • Normal wear and tear or incorrect washing/drying.
