After proudly serving his country as a Flight Medic in the U.S. Army for nine years, he continued his service to the community as a dedicated firefighter with the Yuma Fire Department for 21 years.

During his time as a firefighter, James developed a deep appreciation for quality, reliability, and the importance of exceeding expectations. This commitment to excellence inspired him to venture into entrepreneurship, leading him to establish Firehouse Printing in 2002.

Frustrated by the lack of durability and affordability in the custom apparel market, James set out to create a company that offered superior quality and exceptional customer service. With a keen eye for detail and a background in computer graphics and application development, he ensures that every order reflects the highest standards of craftsmanship and creativity.
