About Us

Production
Normal production is 21 working days upon receipt of artwork and merchandise. Order forms, artwork, and merchandise must be completed prior to being put in the production schedule. A 50% deposit is required on all new orders, and the balance is due upon completion. Purchase Order's are accepted but the order will not go into production until the PO# is obtained. All new Sport Team orders are required to pay 100% upon order.

Pricing
Pricing is based upon the quantity of garments, size of garments, print location, and the number of ink colors in each printed design.

Sizing
An added cost is applied to 2XL and larger. Sizes 5XL through 10XL are obtained through special markets and quoted upon request.

Shirt Colors
There is a high probability we can provide any color shirt you desire.

Artwork
Artwork preparation to re-draw and convert artwork into a Vector Image is at a rate of $20.00 per hour billed in 60 minute increments.

The Artwork preparation is for labor only.

All artwork designs will remain property of Firehouse Printing unless otherwise discussed before production.

Set up and Screens
Screen preparation is of no charge on Screen Printed orders over 24 pieces of the same print. One screen is necessary for each color printed in any design. All orders under 12 will be printed by Direct to Film priniting unless otherwise discussed. A screen preparation charge of $10.00 per color will be charged for jobs under 24 pieces. A screen preparation charge of $20.00 per screen will be additional if design changes are requested after the screens are prepared.

The screen preparation is for labor only and all screens will remain property of Firehouse Printing unless otherwise discussed before production.

Ink Colors
Custom Pantone Ink Colors can be mixed for $20.00 per custom color.

Ink Change
Changing an ink color during a print run is $5.00 per ink color change.

Specialty Ink
For Special Effects Ink add $.10 per piece. Reflective ink is $1.00 per piece. Water based inks for Discharge Printing is $.25 per piece.

Rush Orders
When available from receipt of art approval & arrival of merchandise

Rush Charges of 20% (7 business days)
Rush Charges of 30% (5 – 6 business days)
Rush Charges of 40% (3 – 4 business days)
Rush Charges of 50% (2 business days)
Rush Charges of 100% (1 Business day)

Bagging
Polly Bagging of individual shirts is available at $.25 per bag.
